Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Bubble & Tumble Laundry Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement

  • We will wash, dry, fold, and/or provide additional services based on the selected service tier.

  • Customers are responsible for accurately selecting the correct number of bags based on our 12-gallon standard. If larger bags are used, please select multiple bags accordingly.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours, unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders placed before 9 AM qualify for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before 3 PM qualify for 2-Day Delivery.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Stain Treatment & Special Care Items

  • We do our best to remove stains, but we cannot guarantee complete removal.

  • Customers requesting air-dry or delicate care must select the appropriate service tier.

4. Damage & Liability

While we take great care in handling your laundry, Bubble & Tumble Laundry Co. is a fully insured business, ensuring that your items are treated with the utmost professionalism and care. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Shrinkage, fading, or wear caused by normal washing/drying.

  • Damage to non-disclosed delicate fabrics.

  • Items left in pockets (please check before sending).

  • Missing socks (we try our best, but some socks have a mind of their own!).

If an item is misplaced or damaged beyond normal wear, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the situation.

5. Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is charged after your laundry has been cleaned, folded, and weighed.

  • There is no minimum weight required to place an order. However, all orders are subject to a $10 minimum charge, regardless of final weight.

  • Cancellations must be made at least two hours before pickup (by 7 AM for 9 AM slots and by 1 PM for 3 PM slots) to avoid a service charge.

  • A $10 service fee will apply for cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after pickup.

6. Excessive Bodily Fluids & Contamination Policy

  • Normal levels of bodily fluids (e.g., sweat, minor stains from daily wear) are acceptable.

  • If items contain excessive amounts of blood, urine, feces, vomit, or other bodily fluids, we reserve the right to charge a $10 contamination fee, with the right to increase this amount if the level of contamination is extreme.

  • Customers should shake out solids (vomit, feces, etc.) before placing items in their laundry bag.

7. Loyalty Program

  • Customers earn points based on the number of bags per order and the selected service tier.

  • Points never expire and can be redeemed for gift cards to use on future laundry services.

  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

8. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

  • By continuing to use our service, you agree to the most recent version of these terms.
